Every service, explained
Seven services covering new installs, repairs, upgrades and security — all quoted upfront on WhatsApp before we arrive.
DSTV Installation
New dish mounting, LNB alignment and decoder activation for HD, Explora or Extraview setups. Includes a full signal test across all tuned channels before we leave, and cabling routed neatly along skirtings or trunking.
DSTV Signal Repair
Diagnosis and repair of no-signal, weak-signal and rain-fade faults caused by a shifted dish, damaged LNB, corroded connector or faulty cable. Most repairs are completed in one visit.
DSTV Communal Installation
Single-dish distribution systems for complexes, estates, blocks of flats and office parks, using multiswitches to serve every unit. Designed with spare capacity for units added later.
DSTV Upgrade
Moving from a standard decoder to Explora, adding a second dish for independent viewing, or upgrading an old single-view system to support multiple rooms.
TV Wall Mount
Flat, tilt or full-motion wall mounting for any TV size, with cables chased into the wall or hidden in matching trunking for a clean finish.
DSTV Extraview Setup
Linking a second or third decoder to one dish so each room can watch a different channel independently, without needing separate dishes.
CCTV Installation & Repairs
Camera placement, DVR/NVR setup and remote-viewing app configuration for homes and businesses, plus repairs to faulty cameras, dead recorders and offline apps.
Questions before you book
What is included in a standard DSTV installation?
Mounting and aligning the dish, running and connecting the cable, connecting and activating the decoder, and testing signal strength on all installed channels before we leave.
How do I know if I need a signal repair or a full reinstallation?
If the dish, cable and decoder are undamaged, a repair such as realignment or a connector replacement usually resolves it. A full reinstallation is only needed if the dish, LNB or bracket is damaged beyond repair.
Can one dish serve an entire complex or estate?
Yes. A communal installation uses a single dish with a multiswitch and distribution cabling to serve every unit, and can be planned with spare ports for future units.
What is DSTV Extraview and do I need a second dish?
Extraview lets a second or third decoder run independently from the same dish, each on its own channel. It does not require a second dish.
Do you install CCTV alongside DSTV in the same visit?
Yes, this is often combined in one visit, particularly where cabling for both systems needs to be run and tidied at the same time.
